The internet matters

There's a lot of stuff on the internet we wouldn't want our kids to access. That's why we helped Internet Matters teach parents how to keep children safe online.

Internet Matters is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that helps parents keep their children safe online. We’ve just built their website; which explains the dark side of the internet and how to activate parent controls. You can create a personalised plan, which turns controls on one-by-one and saves the settings for future use and revision. Knowing how intimidating computer settings can be, we’ve kept the tech jargon to a minimum. And, to contextualise the dangers without causing alarm, we’ve introduced a series of characters – the internet baddies. Hopefully this site will help parents keep them at bay.
