Bringing life into a failing form

Getting a form's user journey right can sometimes feel like an impossible challenge.

This was the situation that greatbiggreenweek.com found themselves in when trying to make a complex events planner easy-to-use and accessible for their largest demographic, the over 55s.

We love solving problems, so we restructured and simplified all aspects of the user journey, which now “fits seamlessly into our site both from a design and user experience perspective”

“We approached Kerve with the brief of developing a more user-friendly event submission and display functionality for our website – greatbiggreenweek.com. Throughout the process, Kerve stayed focused on our users and ensuring that what was developed fit their needs. They were very easy to work with and went above and beyond on what turned out to be a much more complex project than we had anticipated, due to the customisation required. We are very pleased with the end result, it fits seamlessly into our site both from a design and user experience perspective.”
